• I agree to indemnify and hold Alibaba Group Holding Limited and its affiliates (“Alibaba”) harmless from all claims, causes of action, damages and judgments arising out of removal of any listings.

• I agree that all information provided in this statement, including the copyrighted work details, will be disclosed by Alibaba to the parties being complained of in order to process my claim.
