Copyright Takedowns
Unrelated to website building, here is how you can get your art taken down from websites who do not have permission to use your work. This process is relatively quick and easy.
This may not work for all sites, but it will work for majority. If you have no luck with the site itself always try sending the same info to their web host as well!
DMCA Takedowns
Create a DMCA notice (template). Note that your contact info will be shared with the person who has taken your work. This is for if they didn't steal artwork, they can submit a counter-notice, and is the same for if someone submitted a takedown to you (you get their info). You are welcome to use a PO Box for this. More info on notices/counter-notices.
Email the company that document plus the image that's been stolen. You can usually find an email on their legal/help/support pages. Here are a few common ones:

Temu
Visit their IP portal and make an account.
Click "Begin" and start through the process (basically a DMCA takedown request). Choose copyright, and most of the info will be on the Detailed Info step:
URL(s) of each infringement: This is the link(s) to the product on Temu.
My copyright is used on the product carousel.
Please provide more information to help us understand your issues: Say something along the lines of "My artwork/merchandise is being used/sold/duplicated without permission." Upload a watermarked file showing your artwork, or a screenshot of a social media post.
Copyright ownership: Public Link, and add a link to a timestamped social media post about your art/merchandise, as old as possible.
What brand owns the intellectual property in this report: Your business name.
Note that your contact info will be shared with the person who has taken your work. This is for if they didn't steal artwork, they can submit a counter-notice, and is the same for if someone submitted a takedown to you (you get their info). You are welcome to use a PO Box for this.
Alibaba Sites
Alibaba/AliExpress (Taobao) are filled with stolen artwork, and their system for taking down stolen work is much more drawn out.

You are required to share your name, email, phone number, and an image of your ID for identity verification. Note that your contact info (not your ID) will be shared with the person who has taken your work. This is for if they didn't steal artwork, they can submit a counter-notice, and is the same for if someone submitted a takedown to you (you get their info). You are welcome to use a PO Box or secondary phone number (such a Google Voice) for this.
Once your identity is verified, click on "IPR Submission".
Choose "Copyright" and "Others" for location (unless you are in China).
Fill out the following as such:
Name of work (self explainatory)
Serial/Registration number of the work you submitted: put any number for this. I tend to use something unique from the original place I uploaded too, such as an ID from the URL on DeviantArt or social media.
Copyright holder of the work you submitted: this must match your idenity verification.
Attach a Copyright Claim Statement (template) and a copy of the image that was stolen. Note that the claim statement must have an actual signature, not just your name typed.
Wait for the IPR to be authenticated. They will let you know if something is wrong or missing from your submission.
Click "Submit a Complaint" (now unlocked once you have one IPR).
Choose which site your work was stolen on. If the page shows in Chinese, change the language in the upper right corner.
Fill out the following as such (for AliExpress):
Interlectual property rights type: Copyright.
IPR: Select your work that has the IPR authenticated.
Complaint type: Product listing.
Reason: The Image is used without authorization on the product detail page.
Infringing listings: Link to all listings with your works. Often times if there is a shirt listed, there will also be hoodies and such. Click "verify listings" once you're done.
Supplement infringement reason(s): Link to your work that shows a timestamp (such as social media or DeviantArt).
Document proof of infringement: reattached your Copyright Claim Statement and a copy of the image that was stolen.
